      • Read posts from other community members and offer support by commenting.

Gas Up – Professional Support

  • Coaching
    • Come to your coaching session prepared to review who you have identified as your support system. Bring questions you may have regarding whether a particular person is appropriate to include in your support system including struggles you may be having with NOT including someone with whom you have been close in the past. Refer to the journal entry you composed completing Exercise 12 to help you brainstorm.
    • If at any point during your participation in coaching services it is deemed that your needs are beyond the scope of life coaching, you will be referred to counseling services.
  • Counseling
    • If you are currently in counseling, continue to engage as directed. If your counselor is agreeable, speak with her/him regarding your support system. Bring questions you may have regarding whether a particular person is appropriate to include in your support system including struggles you may be having with NOT including someone with whom you have been close in the past. Refer to the journal entry you composed completing Exercise 12 to help you brainstorm.
