  • Compose a journal entry completing Exercise 23 (Your Plan For The Future) from the book. (pg.154)
  • Compose a journal entry completing Exercise 24 (Your Purpose) from the book. (pg.156)

Trip Advice – Support Services

  • Hang Out With The Locals – Healing Exchange
    • Review pages 159-163 regarding Aliver Struggles and engage in a discussion with group members regarding struggles you are experiencing as an Aliver.
  • Read and Post Reviews – Support-Tank
    • Post in the “Giving Back” Topic Discussion
      • Review the section titled “Giving Back” on pages 157-158 and compose a post highlighting ways in which you have been able to give back and or plan to. Review other community member’s posts for ideas.

Gas Up – Professional Support

  • Coaching
    • Come to your coaching session prepared to discuss your thoughts and ideas on your purpose. Review the journal entry in which you composed completing Exercise 24 to help you brainstorm.
    • If at any point during your participation in coaching services it is deemed that your needs are beyond the scope of life coaching, you will be referred to counseling services.
  • Counseling
    • If you are currently in counseling, continue to engage as directed. If your counselor is agreeable, speak with her/him regarding your purpose. Review the journal entry in which you composed completing Exercise 24 to help you brainstorm.
